giulio villaniGood Day!
A customer ask me if si possible to show in the grid view only the available resources for every day. I’m wondering if is possible to use a dinamic value list from teh availability table and a relationship with global field with the proper… but I don’t think this can be work. Some suggestion about it?
Is a quite complex soution (about 30 resources for a physiotherapist center with a lot of chained event, and a 5-minute detail on grid).many thanks

Hi Giulio.
I think you mean the resource view, or the timeline view, correct? Where the resources are along the top or along the side.
This is possible, but would require custom development. This is how I understand the request:
– Events are loaded on calendar for a specific day (or a specific week, etc.)
– By default there would be about 30 columns
– But you only want to show 10 columns if there are no appointments for the other 20 resources. Is that right?
There are many views that show resources – would you want to have this change impact all of the views, or just some of them?Let me know (on private if you’d like) and we can estimate this for you.
Thank you.

Giulio Villani<p style=”text-align: left;”>Hi, Ken.

<p style=”text-align: left;”>Nice to hear you :)

the problem is a bit different. In order to assign appointments to each resource, the manager wish to know the available resource for each day. At the moment, Resorces Value list is a field-based VL, and we have also a table with the single-day turn ( day, resource id, check field). if is possible to show only the resource filled in the turn table for each day.I’m also interested in a custom development, so i can talk eith the customer about the budget 🙂

Maybe this would help:
You add &filter_resource=123|2222|444 to your URL to filter which resource columns show. You could conceivably change that for each day of your calendar by having your solution navigate the calendar using &filter_resource= and #day=
