New themes, views and menus
Our new material theme makes your events pop. And our new high-contrast themes are great for people with special visual needs. Plus we’re adding responsive menus for small screens, and for small calendars inside bigger layouts. Finally we’re adding some new views for week & month at a glance and some ease-of-use buttons. Since all of these are features you choose from our Settings file, you pick the tools that make sense for your implementation and keep your calendar streamlined.
Un-server updates
Scripts can now update your calendar without engaging FileMaker Server. A new set of functions allow you update events on the calendar by passing JSON strings to soSIMPLE.
Lots of under-the-hood updates
Things like choosing custom protocols for iOS apps, and navigation scripts gives developers and power-users even more control of soSIMPLE Calendar. Plus we’ve updated our server-powered calendar to use the latest features of FileMaker Data API, so CWP can be kept off.

Make your calendar more secure. By using FileMaker-based security on your calendars, you can further lock down your calendar from prying eyes.
